Boliden has established a commercial paper program. Through the CP-program Boliden can issue up to SEK 1.5 billion. The maximum tenor of the commercial papers is 12 months.
- The new program widens Boliden's financing base and creates increased flexibility concerning the management of debt and liquidity, said Staffan Bennerdt, CFO of Boliden.
The arranger of the program is Swedbank and dealers are Swedbank, Nordea and SEB.
