Boliden announced, in connection with the 2021 Annual General Meeting, that the Board of Directors intended to appoint a Deputy Chairman of the Board. At the statutory meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, Karl-Henrik Sundström was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board.
