Dividend

The Annual General Meeting decided in accordance with the proposal of the Board of
Directors and the CEO that no dividend will be distributed.

Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting decided to re-elect ordinary members Carl Bennet,
Anders Sundström, Göran Collert, Jan Johansson, Bengt Löfkvist and Kjell Nilsson.
Sverker Martin-Löf was elected as a new member.
