The Annual General Meeting decided in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors and the CEO that no dividend will be distributed.

Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting decided to re-elect ordinary members Carl Bennet, Anders Sundström, Göran Collert, Jan Johansson, Sverker Martin-Löf and Kjell Nilsson. Gun Berglund and Marie Berglund were elected as new members.
