Mikael Staffas - Acting Director, Boliden Mines

Jan Moström will, as previously announced, be resigning his position as President of Business Area Mines, effective as of 15 September. Work on recruiting his successor has begun. Until a permanent solution is in place, Mikael Staffas has been appointed Acting Director of Boliden Mines, in addition to his existing role as CFO. Mikael will take over on 15 August.

“We’ve opted for this solution to give ourselves plenty of time to choose Jan’s successor and, at the same time, ensure continuity in the Business Area’s management” says Boliden’s President & CEO, Lennart Evrell.
