Johan Fant to leave Boliden

Boliden's CFO, Johan Fant, is leaving the company at his own request to take up the position of CFO at Axel Johnson AB.

Johan Fant started working at Boliden in January 2009 when the industry was experiencing a turbulent time. Since then, both the industry and Boliden have developed in the right direction.

"I would like to thank Johan for all his good work during his time with us and wish him every success with his new challenges," says Boliden's President, Lennart Evrell.

Johan Fant has a six-month notice period. The recruitment process to find his successor has commenced.
