Full-year Report 2007

Boliden's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 4 per share for 2007 to the Annual General Meeting.

The Full-year Report 2007 is identical to the preliminary Full-year Report 2007 published by Boliden on 24th January 2008, with the exception of the Board of Directors' dividend proposal.

With reference to the publication of the preliminary Full-year Report, a conference call and presentation for the capital market was held on Thursday, 24th January. The previously announced conference call scheduled to be held on 7th February and the corresponding lunch presentation scheduled to be held on 8th February are hereby cancelled.

Today, the world's most climate-efficient zinc smelter is inaugurated. In recent years, Boliden has made extensive investments with the aim of nearly doubling zinc production at Boliden Odda in Norway. The inauguration is a key milestone as it is Boliden's largest investment to be completed and one of Norway's largest industrial investments on the mainland ever.

In connection with a new pushback in Aitik, production challenges have arisen as a result of high deposits of the very hard rock type diorite. The occurrences create challenges and mean that the production rate for the first quarter is estimated to be just over 9 Mtonnes. For the full year 2025, production is estimated at close to 40 Mtonnes. The copper grade is estimated at 0.16%, which is in line with what was previously communicated.
