Boliden AB (publ) establishes MTN programme (Medium Term Note)

Under the programme, within a framework amount of 3 000 MSEK, Boliden has the ability to issue notes in the Swedish capital market in either EUR or SEK with a minimum tenor of one year. The prospectus for the programme has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and is available on Boliden’s website www.boliden.com.

"An MTN programme contributes to Boliden’s flexible financing platform and gives additional alternatives for robust financing," says Håkan Gabrielsson, CFO.

Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal adviser to Boliden in the establishment of the programme. Swedbank was arranger and acts as dealer together with Aktiebolaget Svensk Exportkredit, Danske Bank, DNB Bank, Nordea Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
